I just came home from my friend Falcon Lady‘s. She told me she just recently Mirena birth control device, because normal birth control pills don’t work for her.

I had heard of this device already, on BigMountainDrugs.com if not mistaken… It’s a birth control method that’s based on Levonorgestrel: practically, it’s a “T-shaped” device covered with Levonorgestrel hormone, that needs to be inserted 12 hours before intercourse, and it’s considered very efficient, because it acts locally, so it works better for my friend rather than an oral contraceptive method.

She and I are friends of more than ten years, but we’re very different women, under many aspects; this being one of them.
